RETURN POLICY

G-LIGHT LEDS allows the return of standard stock items within a 30-day window from the date of purchase, offering choices for exchange, substitution, or credit. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancelled orders for standard stock items before shipping will receive a 100% credit or refund, while cancellations after shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee, in addition to the freight cost of the original outgoing order.

A 15% restocking fee is applicable to all returned standard stock items.

Custom products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Clearance items are sold as-is, final, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

RETURNING A PRODUCT:

  1. Fill out and submit the RMA form (RMA Form will be provided by G-LIGHT Customer Service).
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging with the filled RMA and all product components (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  3. Ship your returns to: G-LIGHT LEDS, 6671 Pheasant Moon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148
  4. Send a proof of shipping to Sales@GlightLEDs.com
  5. Credit or Refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned product.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY:

G-LIGHT LEDS accepts the return of defective stock and custom items under warranty. Refer to the specific product's warranty policy. Upon request, G-LIGHT LEDS may send an advance replacement for defective products, with charges offset upon the receipt of the damaged product.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All packaging and items undergo a meticulous inspection process prior to being shipped. But should your G-LIGHT LEDS products got damage during transit, please reach out to G-LIGHT LEDS within 7 calendar days of receiving the delivery to initiate an RMA/damage claim. The return process for damaged items follows the same procedure as for returning a product.
